Kristen & Neil were such a joy to shoot. We headed up to Sugarbush where they’ll be getting married in November to catch some photos while the leaves are still on the trees. The rainy weather did wonders, and brought everything to life. Not only was their shoot incredible, but when leaving the resort, a large black bear crossed the road right in front of the car! We have our bets that thats a sign of good luck for these two. Only in VT. Congrats Kristen & Neil!

Getting to take photos of people who truly love each other every day is a treat itself, but when we get to shoot in beautiful locations like the Brooklyn Botanic Gardens, it’s even better. Julia & Robert won’t be getting married until 2014, but we were able to visit with them while in NYC to take some super sweet engagement photos. They’ll be getting married at the beautiful Overbrook House on Cape Cod, and with talk of clam bakes and lobster, we cannot wait until next June. Until then, we’ll have to savor these photos and the beautiful cherry blossoms.
We met up with Lindsay & Jordan at the West Mountain Inn in Arlington, VT for a quick engagement session. They’ll be getting married there next September, so it was such a treat to check out the venue and see their vision before the big day! We snuck out for some quick photos in between their busy schedule of makeup and hair trials and menu tastings, but despite the busy schedule the two of them were so relaxed and fun to work with. Congratulations Lindsay & Jordan, we’re totally looking forward to your wedding and being a part of your nuptials!!
Laura & Brad were such a delight to work with. They’re wedding coordinator Jackie Watson of Vermont Enchanted Events, sent them our way to shoot their engagement photos, and we couldn’t have been more thrilled! We had such a blast traipsing through the snowy woods to find the perfect location for their photos, and indeed we did. Enjoy these snowy pics, and congrats to Laura & Brad!
We got to hang out with Erica & James on Friday who will be getting married at the Stowehof next June. We met up in Stowe village, but unfortunately couldn’t find any snow, so we snuck up the mountain road to Spruce Peak, and snow was abound! Erica was so keen on getting snow photos she even made snow angels! After, we headed to James’ parent’s house and although the view was shrouded in clouds it was still a spectacular location. Can’t wait for the 22nd of June, these two were rockstars in front of the camera – Sadie, their adorable lab puppy, was a rockstar, but starring in her own show.
